From Greenville, SC, Alyn started cooking when he was 15 years old at Bombay Bicycle Club that was based out of Jacksonville FL. Within two years he was enrolled in Culinary School and has been cooking ever since. After spending 15 years in restaurants and country clubs, he switched roles to the Cooking School Director with Foxfire Gallery & Kitchen Shops. In that role, he set up thousands of classes with 50+ chefs and taught hundreds of classes with an emphasis on fresh, healthier alternatives. Alyn was also a culinary educator for Tupelo Honey Cafe where he did cooking demonstrations for the Elementary Schools in Greenville, SC. He has been a food broker for specialty food brands sold across the nation. He has a passion for food that is only paralleled with his love of teaching people healthier ways to make their food exciting.
