Hands on Dinner – Skewers & Street Food Part Two

Join So Gourmet chefs for a fun, hands-on class and learn how to
perfect your grill skills. We will be featuring fun items like skewers and street food for the Far East. These items are usually found at portable food booths or food trucks. This class will feature Gai Yang (chicken), Panlasang Pinoy (BBQ pork), Bulgogi (beef) and more! You will leave the class with a full tummy, as well as a tasty marinade to take home for later

Hands on Gadget Class – Italian Dessert

 

Have you ever wanted to learn the secret to using an aerorator for more than just lattes? Join us for a hands-on class and learn to use the aerolatte aerorator to also create desserts. During this class we will be making (and eating) Italian Chocolate Marquise with lemon syllabub. Each participant will also take home a sample of the dessert and the aerolatte gadget itself.

We will be exploring Italy’s classic food and wine pairings of each region! Four courses:
