We tend to associate the pork chop with humble meals. Here at SoGourmet, we celebrate the versatility of a thick bone-in pork chop and transform it into something grand. Bring in your cast iron skillet if you have one for this hands-on class, if not, no worries… we have a few of our own. No Mardi Gras season would be complete without a traditional King Cake, so while your chops are cooking, you will be making a New Orleans style King Cake with cream cheese filling.
