Barbecuing in the fall is a perfect time here in the Panhandle. Why fight the bugs and heat? Marinades, like dry rubs, add flavor, but they also help tenderize less tender cuts of meat. Though fish and veggies need less time…beef, pork, chicken, and other meats benefit from being marinated overnight. We will be making rubs and marinades to use in your future grilling escapades. From chimichurri to yakitori, these recipes are some of best from all over the world. Afterwards, you will grill exotic marinated meats, served with all the extras, and dessert.
Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. We reserve the right to cancel and undersold classes will be rescheduled. Reservation fees will be refunded within 24 hours.
