Hands On Cooking Class – Master Sauces

There are 5 French Master Sauces that are essential building blocks for opening up a whole culinary world of options. This class is designed to build up your confidence enough to break tradition and to think… taking advantage of your new knowledge to grow your cooking repertoire. This hands on class will help you with technique, as we will be doing a lot of tasting, tweaking, taking notes and grazing as we go. Our completed sauces will be used to build a fabulous menu for you to enjoy!
